Dr. Sara Giglio Patterson (PSY26584)

 

Dr. Sara Patterson is a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY 26584) and co-owner of Insight Psychological Services Center. With a deep passion for supporting individuals through life's challenges, she specializes in treating mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Dr. Patterson employs a solution-focused approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients achieve meaningful change. With over a decade of experience, she has been an integral member of the IPSC team since 2011, working with adults, college students, and adolescents to empower them with practical strategies for overcoming obstacles and fostering emotional well-being.

Dr. Heidi McClune (PSY25666)

 

Dr. Heidi McClune is a licensed clinical psychologist and co-owner of Insight Psychological Services Center, specializing in the therapeutic care and psychological treatment of children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. McClune uses a collaborative approach with her patients,  focusing on solution-focused techniques and a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy orientation. She has been part of the team at IPSC since 2010.

Dr. Kimberly Tejada (PSY35692)


Dr. Kimberly Tejada is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in providing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to adults hoping to address depression and anxiety related to relationship tension, life transitions, career navigation, and myriad more challenges. She thrives when presented with dynamic and multifaceted concerns and strives to combine empiricism with genuine warmth and insight. She has been part of the team at IPSC since 2019.

​John Tarsitano is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through a compassionate and integrative therapeutic approach. He works from Jungian, Depth, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) perspectives, tailoring sessions to meet each client's unique needs. Under the supervision of Dr. Patterson, John helps clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and life transitions, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and healing.

Michelle Terazawa (ACSW 111006) 

Michelle Terazawa is an Associate Clinical Social Worker, ASW 111006, specializing in compassionate care and treatment of adults, children, and adolescents using a hybrid model of evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.
